3 Important Questions Every Worship Pastor Should Be Asking

As a worship pastor, you have the opportunity to lead attenders into God’s presence in every service. 

How can you be intentional? 

Ask yourself these three key questions when preparing for your experience: 

• What do I want them to know? Attenders need to know Jesus, the mission of your church, and that you genuinely love and care about them.
• What do I want them to feel? Help your attenders feel welcome in your church, provide them with hope in the midst of their storms, and help them feel known and connected. 
• What do I want them to do? Have a step or action that every attender can take to grow closer to Jesus during worship or after they leave.
