Everywhere you look, people are struggling to know how to handle this season. Have you checked in on your team in a way that makes them feel seen and valued?

After taking the time to assess and evaluate the emotions surrounding COVID-19, our friends and partner at North Point Ministries developed these 5 questions for you to see how your team is really doing. We encourage you to ask these questions of your team members so you can know how to best serve them.

Each person is facing this season from a different perspective. Seek to listen and understand each person’s unique challenge.

5. How can we better support you and your co-workers in this season?

Be sure to truly consider the responses you see from this question in order to effectively serve your team during this season.
