Announcing New Features on Open Network

Here at Life.Church Open Network, we’re committed to equipping pastors like you to lead people to Jesus in your communities, and we work every day to improve the resources and features you find on open.life.church.

We’re a team of seven at Life.Church, and we wake up every day thinking about how to put resources in your hands that will help your church succeed. 

Meet Brandon. He’s our Product Manager, and he’s been working on updating the Open site based on feedback from you.

Now, resources and trainings are easier to discover, and that puts you on track to reach people for Jesus faster. 

Here’s what’s new:

New Interactive Search Experience

We’ve created a new live search experience that helps you find the specific resource you’re looking for…or discover something brand-new from the library of thousands of resources. 

When you start your search, you’ll instantly see suggested resources and trainings as you type—or you can click Enter to go to the full results page to fine-tune.

You can now filter search results by categories or types of resources to narrow in on what you’re looking for.

Visual Resource Page Design

In the previous view, it was hard to see what exactly was included in a resource group. Now, you can see a preview of every single image, PDF, or video available for download.  

This new display allows you to easily browse, see the different types of resources, and pick and choose which to download.
