Last week, we released Moments, customizable interactions that give your attenders ways to engage directly with your church—it’s a ministry-specific feature you’ll only find on Church Online Platform.
We loved seeing you use the first two Moments—the Salvation Follow-up Moment and the Give Moment—over Easter weekend, and we’ve been creating even more.
We’ve launched three more Moments: the Connect Moment, the Invite Moment, and the Quote Moment.
Connect Moment
The Connect Moment allows your attenders to take a next step and engage with your church. For example, the Connect Moment can link people to find a small group, follow your church on Facebook, or sign up to become a volunteer. Learn how to set up a Connect Moment.
Invite Moment
The Invite Moment allows your attenders to share how much they love your church with others. The button click on mobile opens their native share controls and automatically populates your online.church URL so people can text, post on social media, or even share from a desktop computer. Learn how to set up the Invite Moment.
Quote Moment
Highlight key verses, points, or quotes from the service with the Quote Moment. Attenders will be able to ‘heart’ each one and share the Quote Moment via text, social media, etc. Learn how to set up a Quote Moment.
We know customizable interactions with your attenders are crucial to creating online community and healthy attendance, so we’re excited to offer you these three additional Moments! Visit our support site to learn about all five Moments or reach out to our team with questions.
Facebook Live
Meet up with us! The Church Online Platform support leader Brandon and product manager Clayton were live on Facebook on Wednesday, April 15.
They walked through the new Moments, discussed the Version 4 roadmap, and answered your technical and support-related questions live. Watch the replay and check out our last few Lives for answers to common questions like “What’s the difference between simulated live and live?” and “How do I add a countdown video to my service?” and many more.
